This Vintage Oil Painting is by Ken McBurney in 1972.  This artist’s painting technique was applying oil paint with his fingers and using a rag to wipe the excess and blend.  The painting comes with a newspaper article featuring the artist. This piece has some vintage wear on the frame appropriate with age but is in overall excellent vintage condition.
