We are not responsible for the condition of the item once it has left our location to be shipped.  We are not responsible for anything lost or damaged by the the courier.  

When a package is shipped internationally, it may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and/or fees imposed by the country.  These charges will typically be due once shipped goods arrive at the country of destination.  Such charges are not included the product price or shipping and handling costs.  These charges are the buyer's responsibility as we are only charging the transportation fee for your order.
