This Vintage Two Ring Art Glass Candlestick is by Pukeberg Glassworks Company, Sweden.  They are designed by Staffan Gellerstadt and has a beautiful mimimalist design that will compliment any decor style.  They also take standard sized taper candles.  This piece is in excellent vintage condition.
