This Vintage Romantic England Ironstone Tea Set is by J & G Meakin, Royal Staffordshire. It comes with a kettle and 4 cups and saucers and is dishwasher safe.  There is one very small chip on the kettle as shown in photos but overall this set is in excellent vintage condition.
